The Country Mill

Julie, Steve and Lily walking out to the fields

Lily picking out her first pumpkin

Julie and Tony deep in discussion over which pumpkin to choose. This year neither of them wanted a "dirty" pumpkin and we couldn't convince them that we could clean them.

Navigating the pumpkins

Lily enjoying her first wagon ride ... it was a day of firsts for her with her first wagon ride, trip to the pumpkin patch, ride in a cart and she also tried a little bit of donut.

Julie and her crazy hair!

Yesterday was our annual trip to The Country Mill with the Mittino's and everyone had a great time. The weather was in the upper 50's / low 60's and the sun was shining so it was a perfect day to be outside. For Lily and Vinny this was their first trip to get pumpkins while the other kids are all pro's now and know where things are at The Country Mill. Whenever we came upon something that she recognized Julie would say "I've been here before" as if she couldn't quite believe it. Next up, carving all of our pumpkins which we have not done yet since Julie was born :)
