First Family Christmas Card Picture

Tonight we had the first family Christmas card picture taken ... what an experience. Your father does not care to have any posed or staged pictures, which I understand, however, it is pretty much impossible that we are ever going to have a candid picture taken of the three of us since your father grows horns every time there is a camera in the room. This said I told him he had to "play nice" while your grandparents took a picture for us. Of course, "a picture" is easier said than done when working with a 7 month old and a 28 year old who doesn't want his picture taken. Your grandma was jumping all over the place to try to get you to untuck your bottom lip. We were not even asking you to smile, just not pout. During this your father was making snarky comments to me and I was trying to grin and bear it. Your grandfather took about 8 pictures, 2 of which I deemed acceptable and then your father walked off, declaring that he was done with this. Oh boy ... so, now we have the picture we are using for our Christmas cards this year!
