My Valentine's

Happy Valentine's Day, Girls! While I don't really care about V-day it is significant to me every year because it means there are only 2 weeks until Julie's birthday and less than that until Lily's. Today we "celebrated" with dinner at home (put together on the fly) which we ate on a heart covered table cloth. I had gotten small presents for both of you, new jackets in pink for Julie and purple for Lily, a new ball for Lily and a book and doll for Julie. However, the best part of the evening was bath and bed time. I love watching the two of you interact in the tub as you have started your own little games. Lily is also at the stage where she mimics almost every sound you make so she is quite entertaining! While I was reading to Julie tonight Lily was walking all around the edges of her crib and every now and then she would let herself drop and bounce a little. So, today isn't about the cards or flowers but it is about remembering how much I love you guys and how fortunate we are to have the two of you! Hugs & kisses ... LOVE YOU!!!!
