First trip to the dentist!

Today was your first time getting your teeth cleaned and you did an awesome job ... I can't even tell you how proud I am of you! I think it really helped that you went with me to my cleaning last month and had met the hygienist and Dr Currier. For the past week or so we've been talking with you about your upcoming visit and you were really pretty excited to go today. We're off to a good start with your teeth, although your lower jaw is crowded (just like mine was, sorry) so we'll be watching that and it is almost guaranteed that you'll have braces. You were great about lying still, opening your mouth and closing it when directed and most of all talking with the hygienist. Wow ... when did you get to be so big????
