Wow ... you were full of it tonight. We had a great night and I just had to record a couple of your comments so that I don't forget them.

-We were looking at your Cat book and you pointed to one and said "I want that one" and when I said that we couldn't get one because we already had Bella and that was enough you said "Let's get two when Bella dies"

-After we brushed your teeth we were in the hallway and you started to shut the door to your new bedroom and as you shut it you said "Dad needs to get to work in my room" ... I'm sure he'll get right on that now that you've asked so nicely :)

-The final comment of the night wasn't one that made me very happy. As I was putting you to bed you didn't want a hug or kiss so I tucked you in and while I did so you were staring at me. As I stood up you looked up at me and said "I peed". I started to walk away and you cried and asked me to change your diaper. URGH ... I was so tempted to tell you to just deal with it but instead we headed to the bathroom where you peed in the potty (and it turned out you had a dry diaper) and then changed you into another diaper for the night because you were convinced that you had peed in your diaper. So, I was upset about the way that you 'purposely' peed in your diaper as a delay tactic but was also glad that you hadn't actually peed in your diaper.
