Tonight you got to visit with Grandpa Sweat who is in town until Wednesday morning. We won't see much of him but it was fun to see him tonight. You had already eaten dinner when he got here but you came to the table while we ate and ended up eating a second dinner. You had hummus and pita bread and from all indications you enjoyed it. Even though you ate a lot of it you also managed to get more than your fair share of it in your hair which resulted in a bath. That's ok though because Grandpa hasn't gotten to see you in the bathtub for quite a while and he commented that he forgot how fun and easy baths are at this age. They really are, pour some soap into the water and let you play. You were going all over in the bathtub showing us all of your toys before you started showing off your swimming skills. You've taken to laying face first in the tub and kicking, while being very careful to keep your head above water. It is quite cute! The other thing that you've started doing in the bathtub is playing with the water while we are filling the tub. Tonight you were trying to grab a hold of the water and getting quite frustrated when you couldn't get it. That lasted until Grandpa showed you how to spray the water. Thanks a lot Grandpa!
