This weekend hurricane Ike hit the gulf coast and brought rain to much of the rest of the nation. We have had rain all weekend which resulted in us spending the whole weekend inside. Saturday morning we met Nate, Kate, Ben, Carrie, Sarah, Adam, Sofi and Tony for breakfast at Sophia's in Grand Ledge. You and Tony were hanging out in your car seats at the end of the table and everyone kept stopping by to talk to you. We were also asked more than once if the two of you were twins. Every time we are asked that I have to laugh because we know you so well and know how different the two of you are, however, it is easy to see how a stranger would think you might be twins. You weigh a little more than Tony but he is just as long if not longer than you.

After breakfast we went home and watched football. You are in a sticky situation when it comes to choosing teams because your dad cheers for U of M and I support State (I know you'll choose the right one, MSU). We couldn't watch the MSU game but we did watch the U of M vs Notre Dame game which is one that will go down in the record books. When you are 16 I think you'll be able to tease your dad about "that game in 2008 when U of M got smoked by Notre Dame". Next week MSU plays Notre Dame so hopefully they pull of a respectable performance and we really can give your dad a hard time!

Bri got the pictures back from her wedding and there are a few beautiful ones of you ... I can't believe how many pictures the photographer took of you. We have great pictures in a very natural setting, so much better than going to a studio.
