This week has gone so quickly ... I can't even believe it. Aunt Jessica's shower was great. You were definitely overwhelmed by so many people but you did very well. After the shower we went to dinner at Buddies and then to Joel's house for a while. We finally got you to sleep after a very long temper tantrum that really just served as evidence for how badly you need two naps a day. Monday I took off of work and spent the day with you and your grandparents. It was a beautiful day outside so we spent most of the day outside in the yard. I was weeding in the backyard while you played on the deck with everyone. You love going up and down the stairs outside and did a great job walking around in the yard. I really was surprised how much time you spent out in the grass considering your aversion, but I'm guessing it just doesn't bother you as much when you have shoes on. While you napped in the afternoon I went shopping with Grandma and Great Grandma and they tried to spoil you rotten! You got Adirondack chairs and a table from Grandma Sweat and Grandma Stella got you your very own cell phone and a big ball for outside. I really don't think you knew what hit you when we came home and you had all these new things. You couldn't make up your mind what to play with ... so many choices!!
