Wow this time goes fast! Over the weekend Aunt Laura came to visit from New Jersey and we had a great time. Laura worked in our yard and fixed one of our flower beds, now only 4.26 acres to go! She also got lots of great cuddle time with Julie, feeding her a bottle, giving her a bath and all of those other great close moments you get to spend with a baby. Saturday evening Laura was helping Julie with her workout, allowing her to kick off of her arm which resulted in Julie scooching (seriously, is that the right word?) across the floor. This was great fun, and apparently Julie took notice of the fact that she can move herself by lifting her butt and kicking her legs. The other night I went to get her from her crib and she had turned herself sideways and was up against the rails of the crib. (This is why you don't put those bumper things in cribs anymore, they look pretty but serve no purpose) I guess this is just the beginning of Julie's great discoveries.
Over the weekend we also went to Saginaw and had the chance to meet Lissa, Aaron and Carrie Stephan's little girl. How cute to see Julie (11 weeks) and Lissa (4 weeks) with Brock (Lissa's brother, 3.5 years)
